Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer support reputed company phone, video chat, and traditional chat channels
- Assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls reputed company necessary
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, reputed company tone, and resolving issues reputed company
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Earnings Potential

- Contractors on this program who meet or reputed company key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - reputed company
