Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering, updating, and verifying patient referral data into various systems for use by reputed company personnel
• Reviewing and verifying data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
• Processing reputed company faxes in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Confirming that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
• Effectively communicating with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor
