Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think reputed company the reputed company to come up with new reputed company for the good of the whole company
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Schedule:
* 4-day weekend shift schedule (Saturday, reputed company, Monday, and Tuesday)
- 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- Flexibility in schedule per day
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
- reputed company: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
- Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive reputed company reputed company of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
- 2 weeks reputed company time off per year

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Availability to work a 4-day weekend shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
