What Part Will You Play?

As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates, and other basic requests
• Providing standardized or scripted responses using our user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes

Minimum Qualifications:
