You will be responsible for outbound prospecting and booking reputed company meetings. What You’ll Do Utilize AI generated prospect lists or prospecting tools to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and reputed company clients Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, reputed company) Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Collaborate with leadership to refine reputed company strategies reputed company’re Looking For 1–3 years of sales and reputed company reputed company experience Strong communication and persistence Comfortable with high-volume reputed company Organized and detail-oriented Ability to reputed company and looking for reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company Salary Employee will receive an annual reputed company salary of $60,000, payable in accordance with reputed company’s reputed company payroll practices. On-reputed company Earnings (OTE) The total On-reputed company Earnings (OTE) for this role is $80,000 annually, inclusive of reputed company salary and commissions, based on achievement of performance expectations. Compensation is reputed company, and Employee may earn above OTE, based on performance. Commission Structure Employee will be eligible to earn commissions based on recognized reputed company generated from new business secured by Employee and accepted by reputed company. Commission Rates: 3.0% on annualized reputed company up to $750,000 4.0% on annualized reputed company between $750,001 and $1,500,000 5.0% on annualized reputed company exceeding $1,500,000 Quota Expectation The annual reputed company quota for the Employee is $750,000 in new reputed company. Achievement of quota corresponds to the reputed company reputed company of OTE. Earnings above quota will result in increased commission rates as outlined above. Compensation is reputed company.
