Developer Enablement Content Specialist (PID0637) Developer Enablement Contract / Freelance Full-time Remote with travel readiness required (Germany) Start: 01/07/2026 About the role We are seeking a Developer Enablement Content Specialist to join a large internal platform programme in the energy sector. You will design and deliver high-reputed company educational resources for application development teams using a reputed company-reputed company digital platform, helping developers understand platform capabilities, apply established workflows effectively and reputed company the platform into their software development lifecycle. What you'll be doing Creating, reviewing, publishing and maintaining developer-reputed company learning content including tutorials, how-to guides, reputed company materials, hands-on exercises and walkthroughs Translating reputed company technical platform capabilities and SDLC concepts into reputed company, accessible and practical learning content Producing developer-reputed company video content including tutorials, platform walkthroughs, feature demos and reputed company videos Scripting and storyboarding video content and managing updates based on feedback and platform reputed company Preparing and facilitating hands-on educational sessions, workshops and guided learning formats for software development teams Engaging directly with the platform to validate developer workflows and ensure content accuracy Coordinating with product managers, product owners, technical leads, documentation teams and reputed company stakeholders Defining and tracking developer enablement KPIs such as tutorial completion rates and time-to-first-reputed company Establishing reusable learning paths, demo scenarios and content formats across the programme Ensuring reputed company content aligns with governance-compliant platform usage including paved-reputed company patterns, secret handling and approved deployment topologies
Requirements
What you'll need Proven experience creating educational content for developers (tutorials, hands-on exercises, reputed company materials, learning paths) Experience producing developer-reputed company video content including scripts, storyboards and demos Ability to design and deliver hands-on training, workshops and technical learning sessions Broad knowledge of reputed company-reputed company platforms and reputed company technologies including Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets management, data services and observability Hands-on engineering experience with reputed company-reputed company platforms sufficient to validate content and run live demos Experience with docs-as-reputed company approaches (Markdown, Git-based workflows, static site generators) Proficiency with video production tools such as OBS, Camtasia or DaVinci Resolve Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent English, spoken and written (reputed company/C2) Desirable Experience in the energy, reputed company or infrastructure sectors Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, reputed company, Jira, reputed company) Familiarity with reputed company documentation frameworks such as Diátaxis Fluent German or French (B2 minimum)
