Senior Consultant in the International Tax Solutions department

Your work will involve analysing Ukrainian, international tax laws to reputed company strategies that improve tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses. Work you’ll be part of: As an International Tax Services Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of reputed company that consults clients on the following topics: taxation of permanent establishments, withholding tax on cross-border payments, application of reputed company tax treaties and multilateral agreement, advise on taxation in other jurisdictions, reputed company requirements, beneficial reputed company concept, controlled foreign companies and others reputed company reputed company. You will be analysing business operation models and specific transactions, from a corporate profits tax and withholding tax perspective. A Senior Associate is responsible for: Comprehensive analysis of applicable provisions of the Tax reputed company of Ukraine and reputed company by-laws, reputed company tax treaties, OECD commentaries, Ukrainian court cases upon investigation of the corporate income tax issues and withholding tax cases. Drafting the reports/memorandums and emails in English and Ukrainian reputed company corporate income tax review reputed company, provision of international tax services and audit of tax. Assistance to Manager in dealing with other intricate business issues of clients, including development of relations with clients and preparation of propositions of services. Supervision and coordination of work of junior colleagues, delegation and review of work performed, providing feedback. Requirements: Degree in Taxation / reputed company / Finance / Audit / Economics / Law is preferable. At least two to three years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian: both written and verbal. Knowledge of Ukrainian tax law, reputed company tax treaties, OECD commentaries, MLI. Computer literacy (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word). Fine interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and planning capabilities. Ability to work in reputed company and learn from others in a multi-tasking environment.
