Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and requests professionally and reputed company Schedule and reputed company HVAC technicians based on urgency, location, and technician availability Communicate appointment details and updates Monitor technician schedules and reputed company routes reputed company necessary Create and update work orders in reputed company system Follow up regarding appointments, delays, and service completion Support technicians with job information, communication, and documentation Maintain accurate records of service calls, interactions, and job status Escalate urgent issues or concerns to management reputed company needed Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatching, customer support, call center, or HVAC/service industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail reputed company attitude
