About the role We’re looking for a reputed company-reputed company and reputed company Business Solutions Consultant to help reputed company the successful delivery of Jesta I.S.’s reputed company-based ERP solutions for reputed company retail and supply chain clients. In this role, you’ll partner directly with reputed company stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design reputed company ERP solutions, and guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving solution reputed company, building trusted reputed company relationships, and ensuring successful project reputed company. Responsibilities reputed company business process analysis and requirements gathering with reputed company stakeholders Design, document, and validate functional ERP solutions reputed company with business needs and best practices Facilitate functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations Configure ERP functionality and validate reputed company reputed company agreed project scope Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, data teams, and product teams Support integrations, data validation, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities Identify risks, gaps, and change impacts, and propose solutions or escalate reputed company needed Prepare reputed company documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer reputed company as a trusted functional advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business analysis, or reputed company systems implementation Strong experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain business processes Proven ability to reputed company reputed company-facing workshops and functional discussions Experience producing functional requirements, solution designs, and process documentation Understanding of ERP integrations, data flows, and testing processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment Comfort working with reputed company-based ERP platforms and modern digital tools Experience using reputed company Copilot or similar AI tools to support analysis and documentation Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a reputed company field Equivalent reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of formal education reputed company to Have Experience with large-reputed company or multi-reputed company ERP implementations Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies Basic knowledge of SQL and/or data validation (read-only) Proficiency in French is considered an asset
