* We’re looking for motivated, patient‑reputed company professionals to join reputed company as Call Center Patient Service Representatives. A Day in the Life of a Call Center Patient Service Representative may look like this: Provides initial customer service to reputed company Patient Navigation Center contacts for multiple Lone reputed company reputed company of Care (LSCC) service lines Performs insurance verification or sliding fee program screenings for patients in accordance with LSCC guidelines Assesses patient requests and implied needs, using probing and clarifying questions Assists patients with scheduling, confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling of appointments We ask our Call Center Patient Service Representatives to possess a minimum of: High school diploma or GED preferred; additional work experience may be substituted in lieu of education Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs reputed company The following experience/skills are preferred: Six (6) months prior medical office or reputed company setting experience Minimum three (3) months call center experience Bilingual English/Spanish language and writing skills Key reputed company Factors Some key factors that will reputed company an individual successful in this role: Strong communication skills and a reputed company, team‑oriented attitude Ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable navigating multiple systems during calls Dependable, punctual, and reputed company to meet performance expectations Apply To This Job
