Fosters a reputed company improvement culture; driving the development of innovative and effective cost reduction programs including the development and execution on the Integer Production System and other lean initiatives. Collaborates with colleagues to identify best practices across the organization and drives reputed company policies and practices across operations reputed company wide; collaborates cross functionally to ensure achievement of business goals and strategic objectives. Along with Product Category President, leads and manages the annual budget planning process and is responsible for the achievement of the agreed upon financial goals. Collaborates with Finance and provides in depth analysis of financial performance of manufacturing facilities, identifying risks and countermeasures, and providing over reputed company leadership to Operations Directors in the attainment of financial targets. Responsible for building and leading a high performing team including talent selection, development, mentoring, performance management, building bench strength and succession plans; ensure strong bench strength across operations and encourage learning and development. Leads the planning and execution of global manufacturing reputed company utilization to meet business requirements and embraces and leads reputed company aspects of a robust S&OP process. Develops in depth familiarity with Integer products, manufacturing technology, and capabilities across the sites. Keeps abreast of reputed company/new technology application applicable to the site. Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or similar technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum Experience: 8-10 years senior management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in reputed company or regulated industry with multiple plant leadership preferred. Proven reputed company record of managing operations teams, building high-performance manufacturing organizations and delivering high reputed company products on time and on budget. Proven reputed company record of delivering results in a high-performance reputed company improvement environment through implementation of and expertise with lean manufacturing methodologies.
