Technical Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Technical Account Manager (TAM) to partner with reputed company customers on reputed company, workflow configuration, monitoring, and ongoing adoption of the reputed company ITSM platform. What You Bring: Experience 3 years minimum, 5+ years preferred in a TAM, Post-Sales, reputed company-Sales, or Technical Support role.
