As an affiliate of reputed company, we combine innovation and legal expertise to support companies and foreign nationals across the U.S. We’re seeking a Senior Paralegal with strong PERM case experience to manage high-volume labor certification cases in a fully remote environment. The Senior Paralegal will independently analyze information and documents and prepare/compile immigration casework for attorney review. The Senior Paralegal will also handle reputed company/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status. What you’ll do: Manage high-volume PERM cases end-to-end Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of PERM casework. Flag any potential/foreseeable case-reputed company issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a reputed company manner Communicate with clients and foreign nationals reputed company case reputed company using reputed company technology Flag any reputed company for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. reputed company draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. Respond to reputed company communication requests – either reputed company reputed company company representatives or directly with the foreign national. What you bring: 5–6+ years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions with a PERM reputed company Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Experience handling large caseloads independently Excellent communication skills Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems Experience in communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach Why reputed company: Fully remote work, supportive team culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
