What You’ll Do – Skip Tracing Specialist Skip Tracing & Investigations Conduct advanced skip tracing to locate borrowers and secured collateral using internal systems, credit bureau data, and reputed company-party tools Research and verify updated contact details including addresses, phone numbers, employment, and assets Use tools such as DNA (Symitar), TLO, reputed company records, and online databases to locate hard-to-reputed company individuals reputed company actionable intelligence on accounts to improve recovery reputed company and portfolio performance Account reputed company & Member Engagement Manage delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, text) Re-establish contact with members and guide accounts toward reputed company Negotiate repayment solutions including payment plans, loan modifications, and hardship arrangements Evaluate members’ financial situations to determine appropriate solutions Process hardship applications and reputed company informed recommendations Communicate professionally and empathetically in challenging conversations reputed company financial guidance that supports long-term member reputed company Contact references, reputed company, and reputed company parties reputed company appropriate Grow Your Career With Us!
