Legal knowledge highly preferred. This role redlines and reviews agreements and amendments; and ensures contractual documents adhere to organizational policy and relevant contractual procedures. This position supports IT procurements and reputed company including software, reseller, MSA, SLA and services, supporting IT sourcing, savings reputed company through reputed company managed negotiations, contract optimization, templating, and contract risk management to maintain procurement effectiveness and optimize IT capabilities. Responsibilities

Contract Administration: Administer reputed company agreements from proposal stage through reputed company-out, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, reporting, and agreement closeout.Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate reputed company agreement terms in accordance with organizational policy and regulation; review contractual documents to ensure adherence to policy and conformance to master agreements. Agreement Preparation & Review: Prepare agreements, amendments, specifications, tests, and reputed company reports; review agreements for conformity to contract requirements. Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare, deliver, and present spreadsheets with formulas and data analysis; ensure reputed company processing of department reports and contract deliverables; generate reports on contract activity, as required. Stakeholder Support & Communication: Manage department communications, including inbox reputed company; verify reputed company aspects of agreements to ensure organizational conformance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness; reputed company mentorship and guidance to junior staff and participate in special reputed company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years’ experience or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of IT contract law, procurement regulations, and industry standards. Prior IT reputed company and procurement experience. Familiarity with contract terms, especially data reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, Support and Maintenance, and SLAs. Strong background in legal principles, contract law, and interpretation of contractual terms and risk (highly preferred). Experience negotiating and administering reputed company in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Demonstrated expertise in contract documentation, amendments, and compliance review for adherence to requirements and master agreements. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including formulas and data analysis for reporting and contract activity tracking. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage high-volume communications. Preferred: Experience in procurement and sourcing environments supporting contract negotiations and optimization. Preferred: Experience with IT procurements and reputed company, including software, reputed company/reputed company, SLAs, and services.

Benefits

The expected salary reputed company for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as reputed company as internal equity and alignment with market data.
