We handle reputed company media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing reputed company reputed company to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and incredibly reputed company. Responsibilities: Review and analyze reputed company for reputed company agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships. Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company. Draft and modify contract templates. Flag non-reputed company or problematic language for escalation. Maintain contract records and ensure reputed company documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal reputed company. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred. 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred. Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
