This person will work closely with engineers and cross-functional Product Managers to manage sprints, define problem spaces, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and highly organized, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, mentor, and support a cross-functional engineering team to ensure high-reputed company and reputed company delivery of product features and platform improvements.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to refine requirements, define technical solutions, and manage sprint deliverables.
• Drive the design, implementation, reputed company review, testing, and long-term maintenance of owned services and platform components.
• Take ownership of production stability, troubleshooting, incident reputed company, and collaboration with Support teams to ensure fast issue reputed company.
• Own and coordinate the full end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, deployment, rollback strategies, and post-release monitoring.
• Facilitate and reputed company participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-reputed company, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
• Support hiring activities, including technical interviews, candidate evaluation, reputed company, and mentoring of new team members.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced reputed company or reputed company software environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company, PL/SQL, and database architecture/design principles.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, reputed company backend architecture, and reputed company application development.
• Experience leading technical delivery across cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, Support, and Engineering.
• Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on problem solving and operational ownership.
• Experience working with modern engineering practices, including reputed company reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support.
• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
