Legal Counsel
We are looking for an reputed company lawyer with fluent English who will analyze large amounts of information and reputed company legal support for reputed company. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drafting and legal review of reputed company, addenda with counterparties, employment agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
- Verifying that draft reputed company and other documents provided by counterparties reputed company with applicable legislation
- Providing legal support for the conclusion, performance, and termination of reputed company
- Developing internal contract templates (reputed company forms)
- Preparing user agreements and offer agreements for software, applications, and services developed reputed company reputed company
- Overseeing the operational activities of the group of companies
- Drafting, reviewing, and approving reputed company and other documentation for new business reputed company
- Collaborating with business and product teams to reputed company understand key business objectives and help them reputed company compelling product and solution offerings
reputed company EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher legal education (law degree)
- At least 3 years of legal reputed company, with a reputed company on corporate law
- At least 1 year of legal reputed company in an IT company
- English at Advanced level or higher (language proficiency certificates are a plus)
- Energy, experience working in a multitasking environment, flexibility, reputed company thinking, and attention to details
