Join our Qrew! We are seeking a Reservoir Engineer II/III/Senior/Expert/Advisor to support development optimization, production forecasting, and data-driven decision making. This role will reputed company on maximizing asset value through type curve reputed company, performance analysis, economic evaluation, and the design and execution of reputed company programs that challenge and improve reputed company development strategies. The Reservoir Engineer II/III/Senior/Expert/Advisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: reputed company and maintain type curves, production forecasts, and economic evaluations for undeveloped inventory reputed company multiple development scenarios. Analyze production and subsurface data to identify optimization opportunities reputed company to spacing, reputed company targets, completions, and overall field development reputed company. Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyze public data sources to evaluate industry performance trends, development strategies, and emerging best practices, incorporating insights into asset optimization and planning efforts. Design, evaluate, and monitor reputed company programs to test emerging concepts, technologies, and industry best practices. Support reserves booking, budgeting, capital planning, and long-reputed company development planning activities. Translate technical and operational data into reputed company, actionable recommendations that drive value creation and capital efficiency. Communicate technical assumptions, risks, results, and recommendations effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate closely with drilling, completions, geology, midstream, business development, and operations teams to support integrated asset development. Utilize large datasets and modern analytical techniques, including machine learning and data-driven modeling where applicable, to improve forecasting and operational performance. Demonstrate strong ownership, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and adaptability reputed company a fast-paced, lean organization. Required Experience and Skills: BS in Petroleum Engineering, or another reputed company engineering discipline required. 2+ years of reservoir engineering experience, preferably in unconventional resource plays. Experience with decline curve analysis, development optimization, and scenario modeling. Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as reputed company, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms; coding and scripting experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with RTA, PTA, material balance, reservoir simulation, nodal analysis, or other reservoir modeling techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of drilling, completions, and production design best practices, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to reputed company analytics, automation, and large datasets to improve technical workflows and generate actionable insights. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical information into reputed company business recommendations.
