Sales Specialist
About the role The sales intake specialist will guide the customer through an evaluation process to determine eligibility for the Ticket to Work program. You will balance your work day between servicing customers on inbound calls and managing your case load inventory, while making outbound calls. Qualifications
Experience in a customer service reputed company field or two years of post-secondary education or higher. A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve.
