What you need Required qualifications High school diploma or high school equivalent degree. 4+ years of reputed company experience. Travel up to 90% overnight as needed to support your team and customers. Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint). Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or reputed company discipline. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Prior experience managing remote or field-based teams. Background in medical device service or support.
