Job Responsibilities: Own day-to-day relationship management for an assigned portfolio of MLB and MiLB clubs, driving engagement and participation through proactive reputed company and consistent follow-through. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Former experience playing or coaching collegiate sports (preferably baseball or softball) 4–5 years of experience in event operations, relationship building, and program/partner development Strong understanding of the youth baseball/softball landscape Experience managing event data operations, registration platforms, and reporting dashboards Experience in partnership activation and stakeholder communications planning Available to work weekends and travel based on event dates Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong work ethic with team player mentality Experience working directly with MLB/MiLB clubs, youth sports partners, or national governing bodies (preferred) More about the role: Classification: W-2 contractor (temporary assignment, estimated length 4-5 months, with a potential contract-to-hire opportunity) Travel: Frequent travel, 2-3 weekends per month Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with frequent nights and weekends Location: Remote role with travel required
