The Vice President, Business Transformation is a senior builder and operator responsible for fundamentally reshaping how core business processes and capabilities reputed company at reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit reputed company objectives and deliver measurable reputed company through reputed company execution and strategic alignment. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a reputed company discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as needed. Certification one of the following areas required (e.g., Project Management reputed company (PMP), Program Management reputed company (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation reputed company (CBTP), Change Management Certified reputed company, Six reputed company). Experience Ten (10) years of reputed company experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business reputed company or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
