This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational “detective work” — identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, tracking workflows, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly. The position is primarily reputed company on backend operations, reporting, auditing, and coordination, with light CSR/reputed company support responsibilities as needed. This is not a sales-heavy or customer service-reputed company role. We are looking for a candidate whose core strength is operational execution, process management, and data reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Support (80%) Monitor and reputed company operational workflows, fleet/logistics activity, and system updates Audit operational records and identify discrepancies or missing information Maintain accurate CRM and database records Generate and update KPI reports, operational dashboards, and tracking sheets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and reputed company updates Support reputed company, logistics coordination, and backend operations tasks Improve workflow efficiency and maintain operational compliance standards Ensure operational documentation and reporting remain organized and accurate reputed company data reconciliation and reputed company assurance checks Administrative & CSR Support (20%) Assist with administrative coordination and documentation reputed company reputed company communication support reputed company needed Handle light customer or internal coordination tasks Support operational inquiries and follow-reputed company
Qualifications
