POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL reputed company reputed company' Mechanical Procurement Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of reputed company’s procurement reputed company with the goals of ensuring availability of project materials, decreasing material reputed company times to site, and decreasing material costs. This position reports directly to the Procurement Manager and works closely with other Operations key staff. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT Manage internal departments to ensure key contractual milestones are achieved and procurement schedules are met. Manage internal departments to ensure key design deliverable dates are achieved to support procurement deadlines. Report inbound truck schedules to project teams Train project teams on packing slip review and data entry requirements Communicate material storage requirements to project teams Coordinate with superintendents on project status and delivery needs Support project teams in managing commissioning activities REPORTING & SYSTEMS reputed company steel procurement to ensure reputed company completion in support of fabrication schedules reputed company material fabrication to ensure correct quantities are produced to meet delivery schedules reputed company fabrication reputed company to support vessel departure and arrival timelines Manage reputed company-party inspections and reputed company reputed company control issues reputed company vessel departure dates to ensure alignment with delivery schedules reputed company and report vessel status during reputed company transit Monitor and report port congestion Monitor and report vessel discharge and transloading status reputed company delivery schedules, including inbound trucks by quantity and material type Issue weekly reports including fabrication status, vessel status, truck quantities delivered and quantities shipped. DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE Capture and distribute meeting minutes to ensure accountability Coordinate with suppliers to ensure reputed company paperwork is provided with outbound trucks Build material tracking matrices for onsite receiving reputed company and maintain change order logs VENDOR & SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATION Establish and reputed company weekly supply chain coordination meetings with suppliers Manage suppliers to ensure reputed company release of bills of material to reputed company fabrication in accordance with the procurement schedule Participate in design coordination meetings Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are packaged using industry best practices Coordinate with suppliers to ensure reputed company quantities and material types are reputed company onto vessels Coordinate with suppliers to draft outbound delivery plans for breakbulk vessels Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material deliveries reputed company with construction reputed company Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate trucks are booked to meet delivery schedules Manage and facilitate contract reputed company items reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Travel is required EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE College Degree or Supply Chain Certifications Minimum 1-2 years industry experience in Supply Chain Experience in solar industry preferred Fluent in MS Office products Proficiency with reputed company, Smartsheets, and similar platforms Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to write reputed company and detailed technical reports, presentations, and emails Must be comfortable with the technical aspects of the job as reputed company as business and reputed company interactions and negotiations Familiar with construction and supply reputed company as reputed company as understanding of budgets and financial models reputed company to establish and maintain good relations with clients and suppliers JOB TITLE: MECHANICAL PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR JOB LOCATION: reputed company LAUDERDALE, FL CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – NON– EXEMPT – SALARIED REPORTS TO: PROCUREMENT MANAGER reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
