Property Tax Associate

Location: Costa Rica (Remote) Schedule: Full-time | U.S. Eastern Time business hours

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company to support our reputed company property tax appeal operations. This role combines reputed company communication, document processing, analytical work, and operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, reputed company, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable communicating in English with clients and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities reputed company Communication & Information Collection (35%) Communicate with clients and their staff reputed company phone and email in English Follow up to obtain required documents, signatures, and supporting information Clarify questions reputed company to property information and submitted forms Support internal analysts by ensuring accurate and reputed company information collection Call Management (15%) Assist with directing and handling incoming calls reputed company reputed company and reputed company communication to clients and partners Property Tax Appeal & Administrative Support (50%) Prepare and process property tax appeal documents and applications for the NYC Tax Commission Review property assessments and assist with tax appeal hearing preparation and analysis Maintain accurate records and update information reputed company company systems Organize and prepare property income and expense documentation Collaborate with the Tax Appeal team to improve workflows and operational efficiency Support marketing initiatives by updating property records and coordinating mailings reputed company additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills reputed company English proficiency (written and verbal) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Learning reputed company and willingness to continuously reputed company new skills reputed company of urgency and ability to motivate clients to respond promptly Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace Reliable high-speed internet reputed company Interest in reputed company estate or investment properties is a plus reputed company Value reputed company culture is reputed company around: Transparency Innovation Dedication reputed company learning Having fun while doing great work We are looking for team members who reputed company with these values and enjoy contributing in a reputed company environment.
