RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities. 3. Sources and screens candidates according to the prioritization set by leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders. 5. Builds strategic relationships with corporate and operations support leadership and key stakeholders to execute annual recruitment plans. 7. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered. - Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field or equivalent experience required
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in reputed company, recruitment, and sourcing required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
