Associate Territory Manager, CMF (Central & Southern Italy)
Work Flexibility: Field-based reputed company is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Associate Territory Manager to support and grow our Cranial & Maxillo-Facial (CMF) business across Central and Southern Italy. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution and monitoring of sales activities to reputed company territory targets in alignment with the manager. Coordinate and support indirect sales channels (agents and distributors), ensuring engagement, performance and pipeline accuracy. reputed company as a key reputed company of contact for customers following product implementation, ensuring high-reputed company service and long-term partnerships. Support price negotiations and contract preparation in line with internal guidelines. Manage and coordinate tender processes, ensuring reputed company, compliant and effective execution. Collect competitive intelligence and collaborate with Marketing to support pricing and product offering strategies. Coordinate logistics and product distribution activities (LTC, STC, demos). Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including head nurses and hospital administration. Support product launches, promotions and educational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Contribute to accurate forecasting and regular business reviews. Support KOL management and understand individual customer value drivers. Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, reputed company standards and ethical guidelines. Territory Central & Southern Italy, including Lazio, Campania, Calabria, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia, Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Sardinia and Sicily. Preferred location: Naples.
Required Qualifications
