Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Medical Receptionist to manage patient bookings and medical administration for a remote-first reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments reputed company phone and online booking systems Handle patient enquiries reputed company phone, email, and messaging platforms Capture and update patient records accurately in the reputed company management system Process medical aid authorisations and claims administration Liaise with reputed company providers, specialists, and medical aids on behalf of patients Manage virtual waiting room coordination and patient intake forms Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with POPIA and reputed company regulations Qualifications and Experience 1+ year of experience in medical reception or reputed company administration Familiarity with medical aid schemes and authorisation processes Proficiency in reputed company management software (GoodX, Elixir, or similar) is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a warm and reputed company manner Strong organisational skills for managing high volumes of bookings Discreet and trustworthy reputed company handling sensitive patient information Reliable home office setup with reputed company internet reputed company Matric certificate required; medical reputed company qualification preferred Salary: R16,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
