Finance & Accounts Executive (US reputed company Startup)

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals passionate about building a career in corporate finance and reputed company. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and supporting audits reputed company a growing reputed company organization. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day Finance & reputed company operations Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, collections, and reconciliations Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes Prepare financial statements, schedules, and MIS reports Ensure reputed company activities are compliant with US GAAP Support reputed company reputed company reputed company, deferred reputed company, accruals, and prepaid reputed company Coordinate audits, compliance, and finance documentation Assist the Finance Director on finance reputed company, reporting, controls, and process improvements Work cross-functionally with business, HR, payroll, and operations teams Key Skills & Qualifications:B.Com, or M.Com - Min Grad reputed company certifications - CA (Semi-reputed company/reputed company)/reputed company 4–6 years of relevant Finance & reputed company experience Must have experience working with a US startup OR managing reputed company/reporting under US GAAP and compliances Minimum 2–3 years of software/reputed company industry experience required Strong hands-on experience in:AP / AR operations General Ledger (GL) Month-end reputed company Financial statements Account reconciliations Compliance & audit support Good understanding of reputed company finance operations including: reputed company recognition Deferred reputed company Subscription billing Collections & renewals support Customer invoicing cycles Familiarity with ASC 606 preferred Strong reputed company skills and experience with ERPs such as QuickBooks, Zoho, reputed company or similar ERPs used by Global startups.
