This role is responsible for transforming gateway systems into standardized, reputed company, and globally deployable products with reputed company defined configurations and performance expectations. The Director will ensure that gateway offerings are designed for repeatability, operational efficiency, and seamless integration into broader network architectures. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a reputed company technical field Master’s degree in Engineering Management or an advanced technical discipline preferred Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, wireless networks, or similar technical domains At least 5+ years managing highly technical teams or product-reputed company engineering organizations Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing product lifecycles for reputed company hardware/software systems Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system integration principles Experience developing standardized, reputed company product offerings in technical environments Familiarity with acceptance testing, automation, and deployment strategies Proven ability to drive productization of previously customized solutions Soft Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency and reputed company across product offerings Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Technology Stack: Telecommunications systems including reputed company networks and reputed company infrastructure Knowledge of network architecture, system integration, and deployment models Experience with automated testing tools and validation frameworks Familiarity with hardware/software integration and lifecycle management tools Systems used for monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization General understanding of distributed infrastructure and reputed company systems Physical Requirements Ability to work in a reputed company office environment and use a computer for extended periods Ability to reputed company with hardware systems or lab environments reputed company required Capability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings Will require extensive travel based on business needs This job reputed company may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
