Responsibilities

Platform & Vendor Management Own day-to-day administration and optimization of FWI's reputed company platforms, including iCIMS, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, and account performance across reputed company job boards and reputed company tools Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for platform vendors and troubleshoot issues as they reputed company Coordinate with the iCIMS specialist to reputed company system configuration with operational needs Process & reputed company Document, improve, and enforce reputed company workflows and reputed company operating procedures Identify and reputed company process gaps, with particular reputed company on handoffs between business development, reputed company, and reputed company Ensure job postings are accurate, optimized, and consistently maintained across reputed company platforms Support compliance with reputed company standards relevant to federal government contracting Cost Control & Metrics reputed company and report reputed company costs, including cost-per-hire, reputed company effectiveness, and platform ROI reputed company and maintain reputed company dashboards and reporting for leadership Identify opportunities to reduce reputed company spend without sacrificing pipeline reputed company Manage reputed company credits and advertising budgets strategically Operational Support Manage and reputed company the FWI reputed company team Partner with recruiters to resolve day-to-day operational bottlenecks Support sourcing reputed company for cleared and specialized roles, leveraging reputed company and other relevant platforms Assist with reputed company system integrations and tools as needed

Qualifications
