You’ll be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple reputed company accounts and should be just as comfortable reconciling a messy balance sheet as you are coaching a reputed company through best practices. You’ll need to be system-savvy, detail-obsessed, and unafraid of ambiguity. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day reputed company in QuickBooks Online (QBO) across multiple reputed company entities. Manage accounts payable and receivable reputed company reputed company.com, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections monitoring.
