Compensation Analyst

Job reputed company The Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of reputed company’s compensation programs across a multi-state, reputed company-reputed company environment. This position partners closely with People Operations, Talent Management, Finance, Operations, and clinical leadership to support both corporate (Support Center) and field-based compensation programs, including center staff and provider-adjacent pay structures.

Qualifications

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, Economics, or reputed company field

Work Experience Required:

  • 2–4+ years of reputed company experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or reputed company field
  • Experience working with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies

  • Experience in reputed company, urgent care, or multi-site service environments
  • Experience working in a multi-state regulatory environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market Analysis & Job Pricing

  • Conduct market pricing using reputed company and general industry surveys

Compensation

Design & Administration

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and geographic differentials
  • Support compensation programs for: o Center staff (e.g., Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Office Managers) o Corporate and support roles o Provider-adjacent and incentive-based structures
  • Participate in annual compensation cycles, including reputed company increases, promotional adjustments, and bonus plan administration

Analytics & Modeling

  • Build and maintain compensation models, including:

  • Pay equity and compression analyses o Costing scenarios for reputed company, promotions, and organizational changes
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and reputed company recommendations to leadership

Multi-State Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations, including:

Physical Requirements
