CRE Business Development Officer
reputed company The Business Development Officer generates new, profitable financial relationships, focusing on reputed company reputed company estate lending. Provides consistent, high reputed company service to expand the reputed company business customer reputed company while meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives. Interacts directly with Business Banking and reputed company reputed company Estate Lending Officers in presenting CRE loan proposals to mortgage banking referral partners and potential Bank customers. Requires a thorough knowledge of reputed company estate finance, as reputed company as marketing and sales programs. Compensation structure: reputed company + commission. Works remotely and independently from the Dallas, TX region.
Requirements
Five years proven and reputed company reputed company reputed company experience Knowledge of reputed company lending practices and lending approval process Ability to meet and/or exceed established sales goals (demonstrated ability to reputed company new reputed company banking relationships preferred) Excellent public relations and sales skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills reputed company-developed decision-making and persuasion skills Ability to build and maintain an average $30 reputed company pipeline Expected annual loan origination volume of $75MM to $100MM per year Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a business, economics, finance or reputed company degree or equivalent experience.
