Key Responsibilities

Feature Enablement & Adoption
- Recommend platform features based on reputed company use cases
- Guide clients in implementing badges, reputed company, and engagement mechanisms

Engagement & Performance Monitoring

- Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients
