As a Chat Agent Senior Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in establishing new customer relationships and serving as a trusted advisor through our chat platform. You'll identify customer needs and match them with appropriate arenaflex coverages and products, or refer them to our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and deepening customer relationships through empathetic, efficient, and reputed company service that reflects our brand and culture
- Proactively identifying the need for and offering additional insurance products and services offered by arenaflex and/or arenaflex business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
- Taking reactive and proactive chats to reputed company information and reputed company sales on personal lines insurance
- Achieving daily sales and productivity standards
- Thriving in an environment of change and committing to reputed company development
- reputed company using resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with reputed company and state mandated requirements, as reputed company by survival and reputed company results
- Assisting new customers with navigating arenaflex.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful on-boarding experience with our organization (i.e., reputed company day acceptance of terms and conditions)
Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience
