As a Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to customers of one of our global clients in the streaming media and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Troubleshooting streaming issues, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues reputed company
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest streaming technologies and customer service best practices

Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
