About the Role
As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You will receive comprehensive training to be fully versed on the arenaflex order platform, learn restaurant dynamics and operations, and reputed company Customer Support best-practices. Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with our restaurant partners to resolve reputed company-time order-reputed company issues

- Constructively handle or supervise order escalations and customer complaints
