As a Customer Service Agent – Remote Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the benefits enrollment process. Your primary responsibility will be to contact clients as their requests come in, schedule appointments to discuss their benefits, and assist them in enrolling in their preferred benefit package. You'll also be available to answer any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process.
