The Role

As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our AML activities, investigating queries, and processing transactions. You'll work closely with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring that reputed company processing is performed accurately and reputed company agreed turn-around times. Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
• Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems
• Good written and spoken communication skills
