As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's online booking experience, providing reputed company and reputed company support to customers reputed company email, phone, and online chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product/service problems, conducting reputed company assurance reviews, and collaborating with our sales team to up-sell package add-ons and upgrades. Key Responsibilities

- Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless user experience

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
