Responsibilities

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners reputed company inbound and outbound chat sessions, ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled in a reputed company and businesslike manner
