As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving member inquiries, troubleshooting app and device issues, and documenting and updating member records based on interactions. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Troubleshooting app and device issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Documenting and updating member records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Staying informed about our evolving products and services to reputed company expert advice and support

Work Environment and Workspace
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, we require:
