The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Product Manager to reputed company and drive innovation in our Member Development and Agent Experience on our Contact Center Platform. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing product management leadership for our Contact Center Platform, including adoption of new features, feature enhancements, data feeds, reputed company, and integration with our internal tools
- Helping define reputed company, capture requirements, clarify priorities, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap
- Collaborating with reputed company functional CS team to reputed company understand their visions and challenges and together deliver the best possible solutions
- Managing integrations and adoption of product features by working closely with our teams of engineers and data scientists, as reputed company as reputed company-party providers and/or consulting firms

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3 years of experience managing consumer or content-reputed company products

- Leadership and organizational influence without authority

- Previous experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, either reputed company-party or self-developed
