As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing seamless support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations in a reputed company manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency
- Technical abilities sufficient to navigate multiple systems, install/uninstall programs, and troubleshoot equipment
