As an reputed company Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations by performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a reputed company-reputed company pharmacy environment, where you will be responsible for triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry

• PTCB National Certification
