Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns, ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into our reputed company system
• Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company duties
• Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
• Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals
• Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time, achieving reputed company Assurance goals, and adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Detail-oriented and reputed company to organize and prioritize work, meeting strict deadlines
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company parties
• Strong reputed company on exemplary shift attendance
• Proficient with reputed company applications, with the ability to learn software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

* Broadband internet reputed company (no DSL or reputed company-up)

• Hard-wired reputed company required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
• Camera requirements: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of reputed company shift (not including breaks and lunches)

Training:

• Training hours: Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5pm EST
• Following training, hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7am - 9pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours); Saturday, 7am - 5pm EST
