As a Remote Customer Support Representative, reputed company Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, including physicians, nurses, and emergency management technicians. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with our Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training products and systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a reputed company and accurate manner, ensuring a reputed company experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
