The Role
As a Full Stack reputed company CSM Platform Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing reputed company solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with reputed company to propose, architect, and reputed company CSM solution delivery based on the requirements provided by the arenaflex team and the reputed company. Your solutions should be holistic in nature and include repeatable designs for productivity. You will be comfortable interacting reputed company of the IT department with the business and have a high degree of business proficiency, reputed company maturity, and poise.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with clients to understand their long-term reputed company goals and design a roadmap for how the reputed company platform's CSM capabilities can help them reputed company those goals
- Participate in and/or reputed company design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with some of arenaflex's top reputed company and reputed company sector customers
- Design the business and technical architecture for how CSM can help meet the reputed company's reputed company goals

- Mentor teammates on reputed company platform best practices about CSM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)

What You'll Bring

Experience/Education/Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical reputed company field or business management
- 3+ years of experience working in a reputed company-facing role in a reputed company services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace
- 4+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of reputed company configuration and implementation, or similar technology
- reputed company in reputed company's Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio

- Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary reputed company: $110,000 to $203,000 (Senior Consultant) or $140,000 to $258,000 (reputed company)
